Someone else posted about this yesterday, it appears that Abbott pulled their app from the App Store. It may have had issues and they removed it. I would keep looking for it over the next few days to see if they fixed it and put it back.

The other person also had issues with their FreeStyle app just being blank so you are not alone.

Abbott has been having issues with their software ever since iOS 16.4 was released.

Hi I have been struggling with this issue for several months too. Did anyone else ever find a resolution? I had someone at Abbott tell me simply that overnight my phone (iPhone SE 2020) had become incompatible with their software, and they would not reassure me that getting a new phone would help, because they could not guarantee any iphone running on ios over 16.1 would work. What is everyone else doing? Has everyone else also gone back to using the reader only? Not helpful that the diabetes clinic nurses cannot access that data for me anymore (remotely)
