My Macally key board quit working on my 27 inch I-Mac and i order another one and cannot get it to connect. Been with apple several times and they cannot get it to connect, also with Macally and they cannot get it to connect.I am using my old Key Board from my old 2008 I-mac an d it works fine.The new Key Board is a Model #WKEYHUBMB.Any help would welcome.

The following will require any USB keyboard and mouse. If you don’t have them, borrow or buy them, they are inexpensive!
1. Connect the USB keyboard and mouse to the computer.
2. Open System Preferences – Bluetooth
3. Un-pair the wireless keyboard and mouse.
4. Turn off Bluetooth
5. Restart the computer in Safe Mode per the directions in Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
6. Restart the computer normally.
7. Open System Preferences – Bluetooth
8. Turn on Bluetooth
9. Re-Pair the wireless keyboard and mouse.
10. Unplug the USB keyboard and mouse and begin testing the wireless devices again.

If so, the only reason it wouldn't connect is if the keyboard or USB cable is defective. Are you plugging it directly into a USB port or are you using a dock or hub?
What is happening when you try to connect the Mac Ally keyboard? Is there an option to connect it with a cable to see if that works?
Plug into a usb port on back of 27 inch i-mac.My old Macally is plug in and it works fine i am using it now.
Is "Macally" even an Apple product? If not, contact the Macally maker.
