Credit Card Verification in apple wallet not working

Hiya!

When I try to verify my debit/prepaid card via the apple wallet on my mac, it just shows the number of the customer support. I've spoken to them over the phone and they said I need to verify it a different way.

Heres what shows up:

(Translation: Choose a Option to Verify your Card, Call YAP)

But like I said before, when calling the number, it just connects me to a customer agent. (No code etc...)

I hope someone can help me with this!

The bank has to verify the account(s). Normal means are via text, email or voice call. The bank tells you which way they want to verify. Apple plays no part in verifying you account.

Your iPhone tells your bank a verification is needed. You bank responds to your iPhone with a message as to means bank will use, text, email or phone call. User responds to message and bank sends code. If you have to call bank will provide number to call. When you call a support person may ask questions to verify account ownership and then activates your card for Apple Pay.

Apple has no way to modify system and change or issue verification.
