If you are not seeing devices either (like your iPhone) in Find My, then there is definitely something wrong. If anything, I would expect that you can see your iPhone in Find My. Are you sure you have enabled this on this iPhone?

If it is not showing up, then I suggest that you log out of your Apple ID, and then, re-logon with that ID. If it still doesn't appear (I'm referring to your phone now), then you will need to contact Apple Support for assistance with this issue. To do so, simply select the "Support" link on the lower left-hand side of this forum's web page.

When I go to cloud on my iPhone and open Find My air tags do not show up there are devices but no items.

That would be because Apple considers AirTags to be "items," and not "devices." However, they would appear when on the items tab.

FWIW, I just ran the Find My app on my iPhone SE and both of my AirTags do appear on this tab.

If an AirTag does not appear, it could be for a number of reasons:

  • Bluetooth is not enabled on your iPhone.
  • The tag is not within the Bluetooth range of your phone. Typically 30-40 ft.
  • The tag's battery is depleted.
  • The tag was not paired properly, OR it was paired properly to another device with a different Apple ID than the one you are using with this iPhone.
  • The tag is defective.

Please check the following on your iPhone or iPad:

  • You turned on Bluetooth.
  • You turned on Location Services, and that you have allowed Location Access for the Find My app. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services and check that Location Services is on. Then scroll down and tap Find My. Check Ask Next Time, While Using the App, or While Using the App or Widgets. For the most accurate location, turn on Precise Location.
