Incorrect Haptic Feedback on iPhone 11 Home Screen Swiping

I have already switched from my previous iPhone to an iPhone 11. However, I have recently noticed that when I swipe up on the home screen, it generates haptic feedback, which is supposed to occur only when swiping to view open apps. On my previous iPhone models, I only received haptic feedback when swiping up to see my open apps. It is quite bothersome to experience this clicking sensation consistently.

I don't want to disable all vibrations; I simply want to eliminate that incorrect haptic feedback.
