4k144hz dp1.4 CN monitor with each OS update is getting worse or does not work at all.

Model FYHXele 4K UHD 144Hz IPS (FYMN28U).

Untill Monterey 12.5 it works perfect in 4K 144Hz HDR mode with thunderbolt to DP cable.

In Monterey 12.5+; Ventura 13+; HDR mode with this resolution lost. That option available only in 4K 120Hz mode. In fresh Monterey 12.6 monitor not detected at all.

I already asked a question here, but now more data has accumulated. There, in a comment, a person claims that there are problems only with m2 chips, this bug does not appear on m1 chips.
