USB C ports are working for accessories such as MIDI keyboards and Pen Tablet, but it doesn't respond if connected to Power Adapter. The charging sound doesn't even play.. I've tried to SMC reset multiple times but the laptop still won't charge.

Please read If your Mac battery won't charge - Apple Support. Follow those steps all the way through to their conclusion.
