I am trying to get a card into Apple Pay in my Wallet but I keep getting an error code saying Too Many Codes Requested. I have already received notification from my bank that Apple Pay is set up. But I cannot add this card. What should I do?

Has anyone else have problems with adding a card into Apple Pay? It says: Too Many Codes Requested, Delete this card from the Wallet and try to add it again. I have deleted it and re added it to Apple Pay without any success. The Card issuer has acknowledged the Apple Pay is set up and ready to use, but I cannot get the card into my Wallett.
