We understand you need help with pairing your Philips Hue Bridge with HomeKit. You also already work with Philips Hue support, but so far the issue hasn't resolved. We have some questions to further narrow down what might be going on, then will provide guidance to start troubleshooting the issue.
- Which Apple device are you using to pair with HomeKit?
- What changed between when it was connected and now?
- Do you see any specific error?
- Do you have any other devices connected through HomeKit that work?
Test pairing your Hue Bridge after each step:
- Make sure the Apple device you're using is fully updated. Depending on the device, tap Settings > General > Software Update. If it's not an iPhone or iPad, reply back and we'll help guide you to check the OS version.
- Check to make sure Bluetooth is enabled. Settings > Bluetooth for an iPhone or iPad.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi is enabled and working.
- Restart your Apple device.
- Make sure you've downloaded the Philips Hue app to pair the Hue Bridge through.
