my apple watch SE has been repair (opened) already, can i still use for swimming?

If your Apple Watch repair was performed by Apple or an approved apple Service facility it is likely you would get a fully reconditioned service exchange device with the same water resistance as a new watch.

About Apple Watch water resistance - Apple Support


If the repair was done by a non-certified third party (or you did it yourself) then all bets are off, and you should consider the watch to be at risk of damage from any exposure to moisture.
