Can you add an external monitor to the 24 inch iMac M1? And if so, how?

No that's not true. Although you can only add one external monitor to an M1 iMac.
There has to be videos on YouTube showing how to connect a monitor.

I'm wondering if there is a video available to show me how. I have been told you can't add a monitor to the M1? Apparently you can to a MacBook but not an iMac. Is this true? I can't find any videos to explain how. (I am more of a visual person).
Or at least the cable or hub I need?
FWIW, I just skimmed the entire video, it mostly talks about the advantage of am external monitor. I didn't watch the entire video so I don't know if it shows the actual hookup. I'm sure there are others.

It looks like that video is a how to connect more than one external to an M1 Mac. Not something recommended although possible.
