On my iPod 120GB screen, what does it mean when it says "ok to disconnect?

It means that the iPod is not being used by any programme on your computer and that you can unplug it from the computer.
If an iPod is unplugged while iTunes (or any other programme that has reason to use it) is working with it, that can cause problems and the iPod may not work correctly.
