Can you suggest how to connect airpods pro to windows 7x64, where to find the drivers for bluetooth peripheral device which system can not find automatically? air pods seems to be connected but there even no such the device in the list of available sound devices.

There is very limited information about connecting AirPods to non-Apple equipment. The best I can find is in

As far as drivers go, we can't offer any specific advice. Apple doesn't write drivers for Windows, and Win7 is now pretty much obsolete and unsupported so you might be struggling. I couldn't persuade my Win7 laptop to detect my AirPods Pro in a quick test.
