You cannot delete Siri but you can turn listening from Siri off at settings>Siri >turn off hey Siri

You can turn Off Siri.
Go to -> Settings -> Siri & Search -> Turn Off the option -> Listen for “Hey Siri” and Press Home for Siri Allow and Siri When Locked.
Yes you do own the iPhone but not the iOS software. Apple have just given you a license to use it and are very clear on your rights if you disagree with the terms of that license. Sorry about that.
My issue is not “hey siri”, my issue other the app it’s self. I do no longer d site it installed on my phone, I own the item, so there fore I can chose to have it remove from it.
