How are you doing today! I have a problem of static sound on both of my AirPods. I have done the reset twice, and the noise is still there. Thanks

Two resets? That is the gold standard DIY level fix for a noise problem. Your next step is Contact Apple Support to get your AirPods examined by Apple's service or a Genius Bar appointment.
