My true tone suddenly disappeared from the screen and I have also checked my setting of iPhone 12 pro max but didn't get anything. I have tried resetting all settings but nothing happens.

It seems you may be speaking of the Display setting True Tone as described in the support article Adjust the screen brightness and color on iPhone:
"Turn True Tone on or off
On supported models, True Tone automatically adapts the color and intensity of the display to match the light in your environment.
Do any of the following:
, then tap 
to turn True Tone on or off.
> Display & Brightness, then turn True Tone on or off."It's important to note that some accessibility settings may change the available display options so check those as well to ensure anything that was enabled has been changed back/turned off and check once more. If still not present contact Apple Support to investigate further.
