Apple ID "cannot be used to unlock this iPad"

i forgot my apple account so i try reset to factory but its says iPad locked to Owner


I TRY EVERY METHOD

*restore and updates/just updates via iTunes


*I try so hard to get access to my Apple account and finally, I can restore my iPad Apple account, I have access to my email, my phone number, my security question everything.


*I try unlocked via in cloud I have acces to my iCloud but when I try to remove the device theres no option in iCloud where I can remove my iPad, but it show up in my Apple account there's IPad Mini 4 my device list there so I try to remove the device but nothing happened.


*, unfortunately, I'm buying this iPad when I'm in another country so maybe the proof has begone and I buy it in 2017 6 years ago


*I'm sure this is the correct apple id, I have email from Apple when I first sign up in 2017, in my inbox so there's no way its the wrong account


*I purposely type the wrong password, and it tells me it's the wrong password, not an apple id cannot be used to unlock this iPad so I guess this is the correct account but why I can't log in to my account ??


after I've been through a lot difficult to get back my Apple account to unlock this ipad im still stuck in iPad locked to the owner, I tried for almost 1-month search online to solve this problem the only way is by bypassing this ipad but I know its gonna damage my iPad in the future, I cant ask help to official apple store I have no prove this iPad owned by me, is there any method that I didn't try?? or maybe I'm just sold this iPad :((

Apple has two related features, Activation Lock ( Activation Lock for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support ) and Find My ( iCloud+ - Find My - Apple ), which are designed to prevent anyone else from using an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch if it's ever lost or stolen. Deactivation of either requires knowing the Apple ID and password that set the feature, or by placing a special request to Apple to reset the device. This Apple ID information essentially defines the current ownership of the device.


If you do not know the required information, are not the signed-in owner, or do not have Apple accepted proof of purchase, get the owner of the account to remove the lock (the section: "If you no longer have your iPhone or iPad" in: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support ), or return the device for a refund, or recycle the device. The device is otherwise useless to you. If the owner is unknown and has not provided contact information as a message showing in the login screen, there is no way to contact the owner unless the person who gave you the device knows them.


Here are additional resources if you are the account owner, can find the previous device owner, or have an Apple accepted proof or purchase:

Apple can completely reset a device if a person can provide sufficient evidence of valid ownership. This is done online* at: Activation Lock support request - https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support Apple says, "Proof of ownership documentation is required," but does not provide many details in the article as to what is acceptable proof. Prior to this official service Apple typically required the original receipt** issued by Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller and documented provenance (so typically it would be the first owner who does this, or a descendant with legal proof of ownership transfer). Note that while this will let you get use of the device again, it will not help you with lost access to an account.
