Battery drops from 100%, fully charges to 10% in an instant

I have a 6SPlus with a replacement battery installed by Apple. Currently battery power is 95% - the true reading though I am fully charged and showing, 100%.

My phone no longer has trade-in, value. Feel apple should have informed me of the no-trade-in value, date? I have a full complement of Apple Products and they know what I own. Now, I am having the iPhone problem as described and need to buy a new phone; would still like to solve this problem on the old 6sPlus.

Why would you expect Apple to inform you of the no trade-in value, do you know any other company that does this?

Your battery has reached the end of its life, time to replace it.

Batteries degrade over time with usage due to chemical aging, that's just how they work.

You can expect about a 1% drop per month with average use on an iPhone.

Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%. To check your battery health, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
