I saw A video saying this new security update have an issue and that he don’t recommend installing it
just to confirm with you is it safe and it will not affect the phone ?

I’ve seen videos saying that the earth is flat. Just because something is available on the internet doesn’t mean it’s true or even plausible. The security update 16.5.1(c) is the latest, and is safe. Not installing in is NOT safe.
