No phone service

Wi-Fi is working on iPhone XS, but no phone service from Wi-Fi or from phone tower.

If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support


If your carrier offers Wi-Fi calling, check this article (including the "If Wi-Fi Calling isn't working"), to see if there is something you can do to get Wi-Fi calling working:
