possiblity to exchange the iPhone 14 Pro Max eSIM model for the version that supports a physical SIM card

I recently purchased an iPhone 14 eSIM Pro Max MQ913LL/A model to use in Iran. However, I have come to realize that eSIM functionality is not supported in Iran, and I need to exchange it for a ZAA model or a compatible version. The box remains unopened and the device is still in its original packaging. Can I request an exchange at an Apple Store in Dubai or any apple store outside of the US?
