How can I change my banking information?

How can I change my banking information? I know how to change or update a card but I need to change the bank info for money transfers in my Apple wallet.

I have funds in my Apple Cash that I want to transfer to my bank account but the account on file is no longer a usable account. I can change my debit card info but not my bank account info to complete an instant transfer. I have not been able to figure out how to make that change.

Here is the path: iPhone > Wallet app > Apple Cash > More button (3 dots in upper right corner of screen) > Card Details > scroll down to Bank Account > tap right facing arrow ( > ) > Delete current account and add new account information and confirm.

When you want to transfer funds go back to More button and tap Transfer to Bank and go through steps using keypad on screen to enter amount and taping Next and confirming transfer.

That path allows me to remove the 1-3 day option of transferring funds, but the instant option is still there with my old account information. There is no option to delete that account. When I go back into the card details, there is only an option to add another account. I need to change the instant transfer option. Can you help me with that?

Not all debit cards are eligible for instant transfers. I have multiple debit cards that do not permit instant transfer, only 1 to 3 day transfer. For example my Chase Bank debit card permits it (for a fee). But several debit cards do not permit it, such as Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, CoinBase, Square and several others.

Jeff,

I really appreciate you trying to assist but I do not believe you understand. I can change, remove or update the debit card. That will allow for transfers in 1-3 days. I am trying to update the instant transfer banking information. The information you are giving me does not offer that as an option to make those changes.

What is the source of the funds, are you transferring funds from Apple Cash, Apple Card MasterCard or Apple Savings account?
