How do I use 2 apple credits for movie purchases? A few months back I had download issues and was given 2 credits toward future movies. When I tried to purchase a title it asked for credit card info and never gave me the option of using the credits despite they being listed in the top right corner of my itunes app. What gives? How do I use these credits?

If you were approved of a refund, then read the section “When will I get the money back?” in the support article Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support.
