Apple Silicon architecture (M1/M2) Macs only support some 64-bit only Intel applications via Rosetta2. However, the long since discontinued Adobe Cs{n} software had 32-bit dependencies and will not work by any means, or by any appeal to Adobe.

Look at the current Adobe product landscape, or functional replacement (non-subscription) software that is compiled for use on current Apple Silicon Macs. That might be the Affinity family of products (free trials).
