The basket page intermittently just hangs and will not open or move forward. Its on some mac computers only in Safari. Ive tested in on two different routers, two different macs and it still happens. Does not happen on ipad or chrome. Just safari and macs. Any ideas. Its my own website it happening on so I dont want to lose business to those people that cannot checkout!

Hi thanks for your reply. Yes I’ve tried all of those things as I said in my post, I tried it on two different computers +2 different locations so different Wi-Fi. It is intermittent so hard to test all the time.
It seems to have suddenly stopped happening. So can we close this thead. Thanks for your help
