Move menu bar icons in macbook

After a recent update, my menu bar icons on my Macbook Air are in different positions. How to I move icons in the menu bar?

Missing Menu bar at top in Pages I am new to Mac and have a Mac mini M4. In Pages, there is no Menu bar at the top (with File, View, etc) so I can't actually do much - even saving a file was a challenge. Have tried every solution suggested elsewhere, but nothing works. Most comments are about the bar below (with View, Zoom, Add Pages, etc on it). What about the Menu bar?

yes, I guess you would normally not need screenshots. I'm just very used to adding them. it's hardwired into my mind. :)
