iPhone battery shaking/restarting

So I ordered a iPhone 13 off of back market. When I got it everything was fine, but I ended up noticing that the battery inside was shaking. Along with the phone constantly shutting off fully. I need to know, can be fixed with a simple battery replacement? Thank you.
