Downtime for iPhone and not for Mac

Hi, I want to set up a downtime only for my iPhone but not for my Mac. How do I go about this?

For example - I want to disable all but few essential apps on my phone post 11pm and thereby I had set up downtime. Unfortunately, this also applies to the Mac where apps get disabled post 11pm. On the Mac, I would like to have the freedom to use any app at any time.

How can I do this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.4

How they still haven't fixed this is beyond me. It wouldn't be too bad if you could use safari when you select it as an 'allowed app' but for some reason that doesn't work and instead you get a screen time notification for EVERY SINGLE website that you try to use. Which wouldn't be too bad if you could select them websites as 'allowed apps' but you can’t. Absolutely ridiculous they can have such a bad system and not fix it.
