You should pay attention to two commonly overlooked aspects...


  1. Configuring device restrictions for your child's device.
  2. Setting up a screen time passcode on your own device for your child.

I have a similar issue whereby I’ve set up specific websites and apps to block through screen time yet the child’s browser history (which can’t be deleted thankfully) shows that she is using a restricted website. When I click on the site icon, e.g., instagram, it says the site is blocked - so how is she getting to use the app/site? And how do I prevent it?
