Wired Mouse Not Working on my 2019 16'' Macbook Pro
Before you instinctively tell me, "your mouse is defective, replace it," let me inform you that I tested the mouse on my phone and it worked fine. I tried restarting my computer, unplugging and plugging back in the mouse, and even starting up the computer in Safe Mode to see if the mouse works there. The mouse didn't work under any of those conditions. My computer was factory resetted pretty recently and I didn't download anything other than OneDrive and Roblox, so I ruled out corrupt software. My software seems up-to-date as well.
Do you have any idea what the problem is and what can I do to solve the problem?

Extra information, the adapter looks A LITTLE yellow, but I'm not sure if that's relevant since the mouse still works on other devices.
