Assuming you have a compatible device, see: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

And: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't update - Apple Support

When you say that you cannot find it, are you saying that you gone to Settings>General>Software Update and it checks and states you are up to date? Have you ever installed beta software on your device? If you are still running iOS 14 as indicated in your profile, connect the device to your computer and update that way. Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
