I got a message that said restore. Will that delete my photos?
My phone died and plugged it in and a message came up support.apple.com/iphone/restore. How do I get back into my phone and will it delete my personal data and photos?

If your phone is displaying that message, any data that you did not back up is likely gone. Some items will sync to your iCloud account IF you had that set up previously.

It's in recovery mode. Any data on the phone is already gone. You will have to restore from your latest backup.
