Jose Fojas,

Got it. Since this issue only occurs with your cellular data, this could indicate that there is an issue with your carrier. In that case, we suggest that you verify if you have a carrier update using these steps:

  1. "Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
  2. Tap Settings > General > About.
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.

If you set up a new eSIM or insert a new SIM card into your iPhone or iPad, you might need to download the carrier settings for your new carrier.

To see the version of carrier settings on your device, tap Settings > General > About and look next to Carrier. To see additional carrier information, tap the version number. To verify that you have the latest carrier settings installed, contact your carrier."

More details here: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

If the issue persists, or if you're running the latest carrier version, we suggest that you reach out to carrier to verify if they are experiencing any network issues. Thanks for connecting with Apple Support Communities.

Take care.

Hey Jose Fojas,

Which web browser app are you having this issue with? Have you tested multiple browsers to see if you experience the same issue? Does it happens with multiple websites you visit or only one specific site? We recommend that you first try restarting your device: Restart your iPhone

Also, make sure that your device is running the latest version:

Update iOS on iPhone

Update iPhone automatically

If you didn’t turn on automatic updates when you first set up your iPhone, do the following:
1. Go to Settings  > General > Software Update > Automatic Updates.
2. Turn on Download iOS Updates and Install iOS Updates.

When an update is available, iPhone downloads and installs the update overnight while charging and connected to Wi-Fi. You’re notified before an update is installed.

Let us know if this helps!

Best regards.

Hi Jose Fojas,

Thanks for the follow-up. To clarify, did you already try updating and restarting as suggested in the post above? Those are great steps that could help if you haven't tried them yet.

Do you only see this in thumbnails in Google search results, or does it happen on other websites?

Also, it's hard for us to tell, but by any chance are you using the Zoom function on your device? If so, try turning it off temporarily to see if there's a difference: Zoom in on the iPhone screen - Apple Support

"To turn off Zoom, double-tap the screen with three fingers or use Accessibility Shortcut."

Cheers.

Hey there Jose Fojas,

Got it. Is this happening on multiple internet networks (cellular/mobile data or Wi-Fi)? This can help us know if the issue is related to a specific internet network or happens with any type of internet network.

If this happens on multiple internet networks and the steps mentioned in previous comments haven't helped, then you can reach out to Apple Support for further assistance looking into this: Get Support

Take care.
