apple store test out bands for size

hi, I'm on an Apple Watch 7 GPS only model, when I got my watch 7 I also got solo loop apple strap, as I go swimming everyday. brought it on apple uk online store, done the measurement and said I was a size 9 which was very very tight, got a refund and bought strap from 3nd party site, but silver bit comes off sometimes on the strap and but fiddly putting it back in. now I want to buy a apple watch ultra 2, when released around Sept time but want to buy apple officials straps. if I go upto a store, will they let me test out bands for size etc?
