How to activate ISO external keyboard in MacOS 13.4.1

I got a Logitech K380 ISO keyboard to use with a Macbook Pro, and the first time I connected the bluetooth, the Keyboard Setup Assistant showed the option to select ANSI and ISO. I selected ANSI and then found out the external keyboard is ISO. I have tried in so many ways to add or activate an ISO input in the keyboard settings, is this possible?? Or, can I re-run the assistant and select ISO? Right now I'm using the external keyboard but none of the special characters are working.
