MacBook Air Cases

I doubt it. MacBook Pros are a bit thicker than the MBA.

Personally, I don't use a case. I'll use a sleeve (and the 15" MacBook Pro sleeves work fine) when I'm traveling.

Based on Personal Experience:

Using a hard case would be unwise. It is not a good idea to use, as it caused my Mac to overheat consistently, eventually leading to failure.

Use of a Sleeve:

So, what I use is a sleeve, and then I take it out of it, when I need to use my Mac. Once done using my Mac, I let it cool for a bit, and then close the screen, placing it back in the sleeve.  What I use: MOSISO Laptop Sleeve - Amazon

I have a Macbook Air 15 coming and looking for a protective sleeve. I found some specifically made for the 15" MBA at Waterfield in San Francisco. I'll be ordering the $39 neoprene sleeve which I believe would make the MBA 15 fit better in a laptop briefcase for something a bit larger

The von Holzhausen MacBook 14" Portfolio is the most impressive sleeve that I have ever seen. 😉
