Permanently move my photos to a family shared photo folder

We are about to start an Apple one Family subscription.

How do I permanently move all my current photos and videos from my personal photo library to a photo library on a family shared folder managed by someone else?

I want to then set up my ID to put all new photos and videos by default into this shared folder?

A Photos Library cannot be stored in a folder , that is syncing with a cloud service. If you put a Photos Library in a shared folder on iCloud Drive, it will quickly become damaged by the iCloud Syncing. You can move folders with images files to shared folders in iCloud, but not a Photos Library. And you could not share this library between users.

With Family Sharing you can share the cloud storage, but not the data inside.

What you could do - your family manager could set up a Shared iCloud Library and invite family members to share this library.

Each of the invited family members could share selected photos from the own iCloud Photos Library to this shared library. See: What is iCloud Shared Photo Library in Photos on Mac? – Apple Support (UK)

Account under wife’s id, she is administrator.

sharing data with family ids.

so would be a folder maybe called Family photos share.

I would then delete / make inactive my normal photos folder and I think I can somehow set up so subsequent taken / saved items would save to this same share.

not sure what or how to do next stage. Maybe in a Apple shop with a Genius appointment?
