Netflix stopped working on Apple TV 4K 2022

Im stationed in Korea, so I use a smart DNS service so Hulu and other apps see us in the states. One day, Netflix stops working, so I think it’s an issue with the DNS service. I turn off the service and change my Apple TV DNS settings back to auto. Netflix still won’t connect, just spins. I delete Netflix and redownload it. Nothing. Restart router, no change. I reset to factory settings and Netflix still doesn’t connect. Shouldn’t be an issue with my Netflix account, because I signed on through my phone and signed the TV out on the Netflix webpage before reinstalling it. Any ideas or suggestions - yes I tried to manually update my Apple TV. I saw a lot of posts from 2019 where this fixed the issue for people. My TV says it is up to date and I checked the tvOS online, it matched the most up to date firmware. If anyone has any other suggestions I appreciate it.
