You can get Apple Configurator 2 from the Mac App Store. If you would like to install Apple Configurator for iOS, you can find that on the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.

How can I remove eSIM with Apple Configurator 2? I have multiple iPhones SE 2020 returned from staff that I restore/update with Apple Configurator 2, but some of them still have eSIM active and the eSIM does not get erased from restore/update. I tried the "erase all content and settings" from within Apple Configurator 2, but that doesn't make any difference. I don't want to have to setup the iPhone just to remove the eSIM, that's very time consuming. Am I missing an option somewhere in Apple Configurator?
