Apple Watch Noise reading due to fan?

I recently got a new car (yay!) wherein the air vents blow differently than in my truck. The fan at its highest level puts out a significantly higher amount of air, and because of the “auto” environment setting, the fan often runs at its highest output when I initially get in the car.

My Apple Watch has been giving me noise alerts when I first start up the car, even when I don’t have the radio on and with no source of noise aside from the (very quiet) engine.

Is it possible that my watch is interpreting the air pressure from the fan as “noise”?

TIA
