Is there a better browser for Facebook on iPad than Safari? It constantly reloads pages when I do anything like scroll, magnify, etc. It's been this way for YEARS.

If you own an very old iPad ( as your small, gray colored hardware signature suggests ), then your options are very limited.
If you have an iPad stuck on iOS 10, you may have a nearly 11-year old, 2012 iPad 4th generation.
That year and model iPad is very old.
The ONLY third party Web browser left for such an old iPad is this one.

Then try any other third party Web browsers ( Alook is updated for all current iPads, as well ), found in the Apple iOD/iPadOS App Store app ( plenty of third party Web browsers to choose from ) or just use the dedicated iOS/iPadOS FB app, in the App Store, instead.

If that happened to me, I would try using the Facebook app on the iPad.
It's an iPad 5th generation from 2017 running OS 16.5.1 and it never performed flawlessly with FB.
