How do I locate the battery health of my iPhone 14plus
Settings>Battery>Battery Health> Maximum Capacity. As long as it's over 80%, your battery is fine.
Settings > Battery > Battery Health

Give me link Battery Saver Shortcut
You access battery health through Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
If you want to enable Low Power mode, you can do that through the Control Center. If you don't see the icon for it, go to Settings>Control Center>More Controls>Low Power Mode and add it.
It's not clear what you mean by "real" battery health. If you mean you want to create a shortcut that takes you to Settings>Battery>Battery Health, start here:
Shortcuts User Guide - Apple Support
If you mean something else, please explain.

But why do you want to know it? Are yo having problems with your phone? Or is your warranty running out soon? If neither of those is true, knowing your battery health tells you nothing useful.
