iPhone shortcut for real battery health
Tap Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging

The shortcut that I'm using on a 15 pro works.

shortcut uses analytics-year-month-day data (it's explained in the shortcut if you run it first after downloading kt)

You access battery health through Settings > Battery > Battery Health.
If you want to enable Low Power mode, you can do that through the Control Center. If you don't see the icon for it, go to Settings>Control Center>More Controls>Low Power Mode and add it.
It's not clear what you mean by "real" battery health. If you mean you want to create a shortcut that takes you to Settings>Battery>Battery Health, start here:

But why do you want to know it? Are yo having problems with your phone? Or is your warranty running out soon? If neither of those is true, knowing your battery health tells you nothing useful.
