What was your battery health before it dropped 10%? If you have never had the battery on this iPhone 11 replaced, it's probably pretty old. If it is at or close to 80%, you need a new battery.

Either the battery is defective or a genuine Apple battery was not used as a replacement.

Yea! But it’s not 100% Real because this shortcuts use old data to show you can trust it 99%
