Locked MacBook no longer reflecting on my devices
My stolen and locked MacBook Air 2020 and old iPad no longer appear on my list of devises after a temporary online presence. Is this because they are now erased after brief network?

Troubleshooting a Highjacked Account:
I. Why these are Not Seen:
Whoever has these, went in to your devices' iCloud settings, and disabled Find My. So, change your credentials, starting with a new eMail address, and assigning that for your Apple ID.
II. Secure your Info:
If concerned for device access, then (A)verify your devices, and (B)secure your account. Open a new eMail addressee d use that for your Apple ID.
1. Verify your Devices:
Verify that all devices are logged in to your account, by using this link: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support
then...
2. Modify your Credentials:
Having been stollen, someone lily has your credentials. So, by all means, modifying them.
III. Report Items to Apple:
So, report phone calls' and messages' info to Apple and others. Use my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip

Thank you so much, that really helped. After all this, does information get erased on removed / deleted devise OR we just rely on the fact that the thief can’t use our credentials? What happens to a blocked/locked/removed/deleted devise?

You are Welcome.
A. Apple ID:
Having reset the Apple ID, no information will get removed that has has not already been removed. So, don't share your eMail address with anyone whomsoever.
B. Mac:
As for the device, it will stay as it is with the same hardware. If you locked it with Find My, then it will be inaccessible.
