App logging me out after use

new iPhone 14. This is a specific app for a supermarket rewards scheme. The main supermarket app is fine. It’s frustrating and delays me at check out which frustrates other shoppers too I am sure!

iOS up to date as is the app. Have turned phone off and on again. Guess only other thing would be to delete and reinstall the app???
