Is it possible to buy the apple care+ from Apple for the new iPhone 11 which will be bought at Amazon? The phone is new but the model is old. Will it be active in Settings? Is iPhone11 eligible to buy an AppleCare+ plan?

There is no such thing as a “new iPhone 11 purchased from Amazon”.
The iPhone 11 was discontinued in September of last year.
Even if it’s new in box, odds are it is not “new”.
