Hello Greenscotty,
The Rapid Security Response update should have no effects on your battery. It fixed an issue in Safari and that was it, it did not make many system wide changes, if at all. You can learn about what these updates are here - What Are Rapid Security Response Updates? - Apple Community.
I'd recommend checking your battery settings.
Look at your graphs from the Last 24 Hours and the Last 10 Days.
On either graph, tap on the graph where you see significant (massive) battery drainage. What apps were being used that caused this?
You can learn more about batteries and how to maximize them here:
I'd recommend turning on the following:

10.30 pm was 100%. 8.30am 38%. WiFi, Bluetooth, location, background app refresh all off
Thats not true, battery graph is no help at all and yes after 16.5.1 c battery just drain
Thanks for that. I get a lot of usage will drain, however I am losing 60-70% overnight with WiFi Bluetooth etc off.
Could you share you battery health graphs and what is causing the drainage?
The battery doesn't just drain. Those graphs will tell you why it's draining and then we can work from there.
Will reply tomorrow with graph and battery level before and after nighttime
Exactly same on mine Iphone 11 since 16.5.1 c
