Problem connecting for playback

Apple TV shows problem connecting for playback on Roku device. Is there a resolution?

  1. See if you device system software can be updated.
  2. Try to delete and re-install the Apple TV app. Then sign in again.
  3. Try a real restart of the streaming device.


If the issue persists, then please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Their list of solutions for similar behavior could have some entries that are not cited on this forum.
