MacBook Air M1 Keeps Disconnecting from Bluetooth Headphones

I have a brand new MacBook Air M1. When I connect my Bluetooth headphones it keeps disconnecting frequently, I can't even watch a movie for a minute. Before disconnecting, it stutters too much and loses the connection, then reconnects, and it continues in this cycle. I have used the headphones on iPhone, Android, and Windows devices, and it's working fine, but when it comes to this Macbook, it's a pain in the head. I tried resetting both devices, restarting, connecting, and disconnecting. But the issue still remains the same. What should I do?

Hi there maysu_apple,

If your Bluetooth headphones are repeatedly disconnecting from your MacBook Air, it could be related to some sort of interference. For example, are you using a case with your MacBook Air? Have a look at this information:

Avoid physical obstructions in the path of your wireless signal. For example, a metal surface between your Bluetooth mouse and computer could cause the mouse to perform poorly, and a metal-reinforced concrete floor between your Wi-Fi router and Wi-Fi device could cause poor Wi-Fi performance.
* Low interference potential: wood, glass, and many synthetic materials
* Medium interference potential: water, bricks, marble
* High interference potential: plaster, concrete, bulletproof glass
* Very high interference potential: metal
