Go here: Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple

If the status is "Delivered" then Apple was notified by the shipping company that the product was delivered to the address provided in the original order.

As such, it may be possible that the item was delivered, but subsequently stolen, before you could retrieve it. Alternately, it could have been delivered to the wrong address. Regardless, you would need to contact the shipping company for assistance with this matter. At least, that's were you should start the process of trying to resolve this.
